Very unprofessional. I was a student there and went on an emergency trip because my spouse is in the military and forgot to notify them and I was terminated. I understand that it was my fault but when I asked them why wasn’t I notified that I was terminated, I was told because this specific persons daughter was having surgery so they didn’t have time. I took that as they didn’t care about my situation and that theirs was more important. I genuinely enjoyed my teachers but the overall business just cares about money and not the quality of their work and business relationships.

Who gave these instructors licences, please take them away asap!!! Don't refuse services because you lack knowledge of what you're doing just let someone step in who do! It's not meant for ethnicities, they don't even have services for locked hair, these people schools are a joke.

If I could give a lower rate I would SHORT STORY IN CANTON,OHIO FOR HALL OF FAME AND MY DAUGHTER WENT TO NATIONAL BEAUTY COLLEGE FOR PEDIS (REFERRED BY A FAMILY MEMER LOW PRICES) AND ANYWAYS I CAME BACK WITH SCABIES!!!!! THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THATS EVER HAPPEND TO ME AND THEN WHEN I CALLED IN TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT THEY GOT MAD AND SAID IT COULDNT OF BEEN I AM FURIOUS STATE BOARD NEEDS TO SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN AND DISINFECT IT HEAD TO TOE AND NOT TO MAKE IT ANY BETTER I OVER HEARD ONE OF THE STUDENTS SAY THEY DISNT WANNA DO PEDIS DUE TO ANOTHER GIRL CATCHING THE RASH I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH BOARD THIS NOT OK THAT I CANT BE AROUND FAMILY HARDLY TIL IM HEALED UP AND FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT SCABIES ARE ITS PATCHES OF BUGS UNDER THE SKIN 😭 IM VERY DISGUSTED🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 DONT GO TO NATIONAL LADIES THE CHEAP PRICES AREN'T WORTH CATCHING THIS RASH SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT YOU GUYS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT INFECTION CONTROL AND INFECTION IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!!!!

The people who are taking care of clients, and the instructors were amazing and very patient.
