My husband purchased a gift certificate from the establishment on Hanes Mill Rd. When I went to finally redeem my certificate, I was 1 MONTH away from an expiration date that I had no clue about because the "stamp" was not readable. The associate would not even consider bending the rules to honor the certificate therefore I lost the money my husband paid for with the purchase. I understand the need for expiration dates, but when someone pays money for a certificate, there should be a little grace given. I guess their need to make a buck was more important than customer service. Will never return to this establishment.

Sorry this is long but I wanted to share my experience. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but after today, I just can't. I've been here several times. I use to see Roth (she did a great job!), but the last few times she's not been here..maybe she doesn't work here any longer? I've never had SNS so maybe this is the way a typical SNS mani is, but I think there should definitely be more involved. I came on a Wed morning at 11am. There was no one else in the place the whole time I was there so it's not like they were pushing for time. I received the basic pedi and once I sat down, I had hoped to be able to check and return a few work emails, but instead, Sophi started my SNS mani right away (like they were trying to get me in and out ASAP!...again...I was the ONLY one in there!). I would think they would want people to wash their hands right before dipping them in the powder...seems pretty unsanitary to me! Yuck! Anyways..I told her I wanted my cuticles cut back some bc they were super dry and peeling. So she then started to file and then dip my nails and I asked about doing the whole manicure treatment and she said, oh I'll do that at the end...?...me- oh...ok! So she does the SNS then started to buff and file and cuts the cuticles DRY! Didn't soak them or use cuticle product to soften them or anything...that didn't feel very comfy, but whatever! I'm still questioning...is this her "mani treatment" at the end? The answer is, yes...yes that was her full mani treatment and she ended it with slapping on some cuticle oil and sent me on my way. I never washed my hands, had my nails cleaned underneath after getting them dipped, had my hands massaged...nothing else. Kinda disappointed but...maybe it was only $30 for a reason? I really didn't care about all the lotion and massaging...I just wanted my nails to feel clean...right now they feel tight (bc the polish is on some of the skin) and goopy under some nails. I'm including pictures to show how "busy" they were and the nails. They turned out pretty, but next time, I may spend a little more and go to a salon that will pay more attention to detail. I was in and out in LESS than an hour! Oh, and it was dead quiet in there! No music or tv playing...kinda awkward...(

Lovely place to get your pedi..manicures and eyebrows done. Sophie, Momma Kim will treat you like family.

Friendly staff, got worked in for a pedicure very quick without having an appointment, clean facilities and they did an awesome job on my nails. Will definitely be back again!
