EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! I went to Edgebrook for the first time about two days ago and three nails have already broken, which is not only unacceptable but disappointing and considering the event I plan to attend, Ive had no choice but to get them fixed. Besides the poor quality of nail I’m also unhappy with the service I received inside of the salon. I told the nail tech that did my nails that I wanted acrylic and she proceeds to insist I get powder I finally just agree out of sheer annoyance and get charged the extra $5 and I also stated I wanted rhinestones on my nails and the only I thing I walked out with was ugly chunky glitter, there were also other small things like a disagreement on the length of thre nail I feel like as a costumer if I’m paying for I should receive what I’m asking for. On the flip side the price in my opinion was fair and my cousin also got her nails done there by another lady and they came out beautiful and she got exactly what she wanted. Maybe the lady who did my nails was having a bad day but I’ve heard from others she never does a good job and she’s rude. Overall I’ve had a piss poor experience and will NOT be returning.

I had a bad experience on my last visit. This was my second time coming to this nails salon the first time was great and I loved my nails. The second time I wasn't happy with the outcome the boy who was doing my nails looked annoyed like if didn't want to do my nails he did not put any effort whatsoever he did a crappy job. I hated my nails I wish I could have asked his name but I was so mad I just wanted to get it over with and leave. When I got home I had to fix the shape and the length they were crooked and the powder oh god not even filled right. I'm was so disappointed.

This is my third visit at that location I had a horrible service from a guy named Andy that said he was the owner he was very rude nasty I would not recommend this place to anyone else

I got my lashes done there and i would not recommend it. The glue makes your eyes uncomfortable plus they leave a lot of glue on the lashes. But other than that they do a great job on the nails.
