I had a wonderful experience as first timer with transporting my car state wide. I had read bad reviews about the industry and was worried how it will go down.
John at Nexus was I think the best I could have asked for. He was honest, reliable and delivered what was promised. My car was picked up promptly, arrived on time. The only thing that could have been communicated better (since a 3rd party was used to transport) is that you are required to pay the balance due cash at delivery that I wasn’t prepared for and delayed an easy hand over. But the price I was given was exact and no hidden fees at the end.

One of my friends who recently moved from MN to NJ just like me, suggested Nexus for its wonderful service and that saved me from spend time in exploring options. These guys are thorough professionals and their website is pretty user friendly in giving you estimate based on the type of carrier you choose and the level of service. I worked with Mario who was an amazing guy and set up the pick up in a hassle free manner. I was scheduled for a pickup on Friday July 19th after paying an advance.
The driver Ivan informed me in advance that he was going to come in the evening and not in the afternoon as planned. I was worried if this would affect my delivery timing but boy was I wrong. Ivan and one more guy showed with a large truck and inspected every detail of my car before they loaded it up. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they handled my car with so much car.
My car was only scheduled to be arriving before 25th but they delivered it on 21st itself which was awesome as we had landed in NJ on 21st morning only. The car was I delivered in the same condition with not even a bit of scratch and I handed over the balance amount on cash. I later reached out to their customer support to provide me a final invoice for claims purpose and was asked to email. I got my receipt first thing in the morning. If you are reading this review to decide between this company and any other transport, look no further!

Although the car reached safely and without any issues, and I got a pretty good deal, the transporter Nexus Auto arranged for didn't provide sufficient notice before the pick up (called 4 hours before picking the car up, and came 2 days before he was supposed to, even before Nexus Autos pick up window) and arrived 1 day before he was supposed to. This completely screwed up our travel plans (although we were able to reschedule for a low fee due to COVID-19).
Please look into how you can work with the transport companies to ensure better pick up & delivery times so that customers don't have to jump through several additional hoops to make stuff happen correctly - it could have become a very horrible situation for me if I couldn't reschedule my flight (Door to Door services should be which should be hassle free.)

The auto transport business model is very competitive, the quoting process is easy, and the personnel are aggressive to win your business. Once one understands the industry and its nuances, you become more comfortable with the process.
I had a vehicle shipped from Texas to Illinois and by being flexible with the ship and delivery dates I was lucky to find NEXUS (Nicholas and Matt) who in the end provided a fair value to ship the vehicle. They arranged a carrier who was prompt in their pickup, delivery and overall communications.

I'm very pleased with the service of this company. The vehicle was picked up and delivered as estimated. The driver was very friendly and professional in handling the vehicle. John provided accurate information and was very responsive.Would prefer this transport company for shipping my car in future.
