I was over charged for two pedicures & manicures. We both got gel polish for all nails and within one week my finger polish literally peeled off/fell off. My sisters peeled off within two week.
My nails were done very quickly. The woman was a bit rude and kept telling me the color I wanted wasn’t right.
My sister’s technician was nicer, but took so long I had time to stroll over to target, look around and still had to wait another 20 minutes for her.
We won’t be returning - over priced and low quality.
The salon it’s self was very clean.

Very bad experience today. An hour wait. The gal doing my nails had me pick a gel color and then for some odd reason wouldn’t let me have it. She kept trying to get me to use 2 other colors. Finally, she went back and got the color I originally requested and it was perfect. She got testy with me when I tried to tell her the shape of nail I wanted. (She was shaping them square while I wanted them round.) She trimmed my nails too short off the bat. She got too close to the skin and cut me with her nail file because she was trying to fix her paint mistake. Her work area was messy and not professional. The whole experience did not feeling spa-like or pampering to the least! There was an entire wedding party waiting and I felt as though she was rushing my manicure to get to the next client. When paying she wanted to know the tip amount to add and I said “no tip.” She would not take that for an answer and asked a second time - as if I was obligated to tip her. Ha! Again, I said “no tip.” Very poor customer service. I left there with a headache! Tonight, I have 2 sore fingers because of her work. The polish on my thumb is lumpy and uneven. On some of the corners of my nails, I can see my natural nail. For $31 and a very poor experience, I don’t recommend them and I won’t go back!

I have been going to this shop and seeing Tina every 3 weeks for the past 5 years, and I can tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have a crazy work schedule where my days are constantly changing and every time I have to make a change with my appointments, they are super accommodating and polite. I am super picky with my nails, and Tina gets my fill done with all of my crazy design ideas in an hour or less typically. Seriously, she's the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went in for powdered dip (even though it wasn’t done well before I decided to give it another chance because I was in a hurry). They made me pick and color and wait. Finally one of the ladies came up to me and said “are you going to sit there for another 45 minutes for powder dip”. I thought the whole thing was rude and dissmisive. On top of that they were helping someone else that came after me without an appointment. They seem disorganized and checked out which explains the subpar job they did on my nails in the past. There are a few other nail salons in the area I recommend at least checking those out before you go here.

If you go here, be careful. I went last Tuesday as we were leaving for an out-of-town wedding on Thursday. "Tammy" took that pumice stone thingy to my foot so hard she scraped a chunk of my foot off on the side below my piggy toe is where it bumps out a little. It was bleeding and stinging. I had tried to pull my foot away when she was scrubbing it because it hurt, but she had a tight grip on it. I don't even have dry feet! I'm not sure what the heck she was rubbing so frantically for. She was apologetic, and they didn't charge me, but I would have gladly paid to have kept that from happening. I have been miserable since then (6 days later.) It hurts in flip-flops and shoes. I had to be in heels for 12 hours for my brother's wedding and that sore hurt sooo bad. It hurts in bed or even when I'm not doing anything.
