Definitely wishing there was a "O" stars option. She seemed pissed that I just wanted the basic pedicure and no design. She rushed so quickly, like she couldn't get me out of there fast enough. The "lotion and hot towels " portion lasted less than 30 seconds. Lotion on, lotion off with hot towel. She yanked my feet around and didn't care that she was hurting me. The shop was not busy so there was no reason to rush on to the next person. I will NEVER return. What a joke.

Best nail salon in Kearney!
Very kind people to work with and always offer fun-filled and friendly services. They make sure you’re happy with your nails, and they correct it if you’re not completely satisfied. Overall, great customer service, clean and inviting facility, and pretty nails by the end of your visit! Everyone is wonderful, especially Lee and Tommy!

This place seems like it’s a great place to go but I do not recommend them the only reason I’m giving them a star is because my sister in laws nails came out looking better, the lady who did my pedicure was a little rough with my feet and she didn’t even do that good of a job the color is nice but it looks like a four year old did them , don’t get me started on my nails first off the guy didn’t cut my cuticles like hello 👋 and second of all I have three nails that are crooked and the nail polish application omg its horrible it’s like he was rushing it’s super lumpy I won’t lie the color is beautiful but the way he applied them do not do it justice. Go here at your own risk.

My friends found this cute nail salon on Google and decided to bring me here for my birthday. I showed a picture of a design I wanted for a special occasion this weekend, and my manicurist nailed it (hehe). I felt very comfortable there from the light atmosphere she created with conversations. Will for sure come back for gel manicure and pedicure

This is twice I’ve given them a try, never again! The first time was 2 weeks ago and she was very unfriendly. Never introduced herself or asked my name. She was very rough, cutting my finger and acted like it was no big deal.She was rough in handling, pushing my hands and fingers where she wanted/needed them, used the file/emery board like it was a chainsaw. Then more customers coming in and only 2 people working so she was in such a hurry that she did not ask me to wash my hands and left the underneath of my finger tips a mess and it looked very clunky and messy. Today I went with the hopes of getting a new person and lucked out as the other gal was not there. She was better with introducing herself and asking my name but lied as she kept saying she remembered me as I was one of their first customers when they opened and as the discussion continued she would say oh yes I’m sorry I remember you told me that. I never responded. She as well nicked a cuticle with the dremel and again people started coming in so she rushed even more. When finished she got lotion from a tube and literally patted it on my arms and said ok done. I must have looked at her strangely as I started rubbing the lotion in and not even enough for my hands! Oh and also first thing off, she dropped the brush she was using ON THE FLOOR, picked it up and started using it! If you go for a manicure to be pampered and relax, like I do, forget it! You are rushed through, cut, skin abrasions from drumel and glad as hell when I got out of there. Do not waste your time and money!! I’ll personally go back to Hastings where I’m pampered and treated as a person and not an instrument to be pushed, shoved and jerked with
