After you’ve been a customer for so long she shows favoritism to who she wants she won’t take any walk ins ever I’m disappointed been a customer for years and she uses that to her advantage to assist new customers it’s sucks I will never come back here again I’m more heart broken than anything since I’ve shown so much loyalty and recommended all my friends and family here She says walk in are welcome...No they ARE Not!!! She needs a sign that’s says appointment ONLY!!! She will just turn you away so don’t bother to waste your gas!

I went to this salon as soon as they opened. I didn't need a fill because they had just been done a couple days prior, by this very salon. This was my second time coming to the salon. I needed my nails filed down because I didn’t like the stiletto shape I previously had gotten. I asked them to file down my acrylic nails as well as change the polish on my toenails and acrylic nails. One nail tech did the polish change on my toes and then a few other customers walked in. When I was moved to the next table to file down my acrylic nails and do the polish change on them the tech was in a rush and tells me the 3 ladies that just walked in had appointments and barely wanted to finish filing my nails or change the polish. I was told that I could wait, but she had appointments. She wanted to do half of the service and have me sit there to wait because she had appointments. If they had told me they had appointments coming in I would have came back another time with an appointment, but none of the nail techs told me anything until after my acrylic nails looked awful and had to be fixed. They looked like someone chewed on them with what she did. They never offered an appointment and were perfectly fine with me leaving with a service half done. I had to pay them for minimal service and then go to another salon and get my acrylic nails fixed. The other salon I went to could not believe I was left with my nails as awful as they looked. I will not be back and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. They were rude and unprofessional when I was there and they have been rude an unprofessional since then when I made any complaint about the service they offer or lack thereof. I only wish I could give this salon less than one star.

I arrived at this place 45 minutes before they actually close. The lady at the front door asked, “how can I help you?” I told her I’m here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Her response was sorry we are close, come tomorrow. In my opinion, if your door is open and the sign on the door says you’re open, guess what? You are open. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and Careless.

Salon so clean and professional staffs. All that nails art you see on Pinterest or Instagram? They do that here! Supper talented people. Highly recommend!
