I wouldn't even give one star for this place. My nails were uneven, they had weird bubbles, they were shaped in the most awkward way. I started literally tearing up in the seat. I do my own nails because I save as much money as I can (being a single mom). I decided to treat myself. After waiting an hour at Lotus for them to help 2 walk ins right in front of me, I decided to give this place a try. Horrible. And she charged $40 for a HORRIBLE INCOMPLETE JOB that I now have to spend my evening correcting.

I will never come back to this place. I came in Saturday and got a pedicure and a fill. I have been having my nails done for almost 20 year's now, and this is the first time I have been someplace that doesn't wash out the tub after giving someone a pedicure. I watched person after person get put in the same tub and never not once did they clean it out. Then as the lady did my nails she burned me 3 times before she changed tools and said she wouldn't hurt me anymore. To top it all off and 80 dollars later. In less than 2 days my gel polish has chipped off. I'm not one of those people who complains about much. I have just moved to this area and was looking for a new place to get what I pay for.

Super friendly. I got dip nails and they did a great job, all other places made my nails to thick this place didn't. Had something strange on one nail from the powder, it was a tiny space that was discolored could barely see it. They insisted on fixing it and wouldn't take no for an answer plus they gave me a gift certificate for $5 off. I will be going back.
