I have been getting my lashes done here by Megan for the past 4 months. There are 2 locations now so that is very convenient. Megan is awesome. My lashes look fabulous and I love how quickly I can get ready now that I don’t have to worry about mascara in my daily makeup routine. I highly recommend both Lashes by Ann and Megan as a lash tech. Happy customer.

In the last few years, I have lived in San Antonio, Austin & now Houston. And I am known to be very discerning. I like the natural look but also full without it being obvious they're extensions. I like to keep people guessing! I also have super straight lashes that can make it challenging for curled lashes to stay on. Upon my initial quest to find lash places in each of the former cities, it normally would take between 2 & 5 different places until I came upon a place that did a great job in appearance as well as lasting long. That wasn't the case this time. My first time at Lashes by Ann, I was lucky enough to get Lina. She has been doing excellent work for me ever since. She even did my lashes before a 2 week trip to Europe and they looked great for 4 weeks! I've also scheduled with others, as I often take advantage of they're ability to give me an appointment with short notice and Lina may not be available. But all of the girls there do great work! a must try if you're unsure. Also very reasonably priced in comparison to both Austin & San Antonio.

A wonderful experience. Everyone is exceptionally professional and skilled and will make you feel comfortable as a first time lash client. Megan is a great technician! Friendly and extremely talented.

I love this place! Natalie is the best! unfortunately my lashes dont stay and they're itchy, which doesn't have anything to do with this service, it's just the way I'm wired, I guess. The customer service is great and friendly! Another good thing is the lash quality, Ann has lightweight lashes that look and feel natural, not plastic and hard like some lash places...and the glue doesn't sting here like at other places either. The refills at Ann's are affordable ($45-$65) unlike most lash install companies. Even if I take a break, I will always come back here. You cant go wrong!

It was recommended to me by a coworker to try this place out. I was really skeptical since I’ve been to my very first lash lady ever for about two years now. Unfortunately she’s moving states, so I’m on the hunt. I had Evie as my lash tech. She asked me all sorts of questions I had no answer for (lash length sizes, thickness, shape, glue, etc) and I didn’t really have an answer since again my very First Lady was my only and I didn’t think to ever find out. Long story short and overall, the atmosphere was very interesting. It’s located on the second floor with an extra parking lot on the side. Walking upstairs, it’s down to the left (second or third door). Greeted by a gentleman, he had me check in and said my tech would be right with me. She was. There were snacks and drinks in the lobby. It was very accommodating. Honestly the only thing missing and why I would maybe give it 4 stars is because there’s no background music or anything. So I had to lay in silence and felt super anxious since it was my first time there. Next time I’ll just bring my own headphones... since I will return to try it again. There’s about 8? rooms in there, all white with doors open. Overall, I liked it. Just different than what I’m used to.

-they’ll fill on someone else’s work!! (RARE)
-they do things through text
-iced vanilla latte next door at FIX is the best you’ll ever have
Update: I felt like my lashes looked super dark. They are. Apparently my old lash lady used to use fans and not thick black singles like Evie. They do fall out a lot faster than my last lady but I hope to go back soon and see if it will happen all the time and give them a chance to help me fix it or if it’s just this first time.
