We called before to come in there. We got there around 8 but they said we can’t do anything

It’s worst service when someone called you and make a appointment. So then We went Floyd 99. They took us right in. They did good job too. But as far tony guys whatever people call, it’s worst.
Receptionist doesn’t wanna talk to customer for help them out. She was too busy too to close the store at 8:05 pm

The five stars go to Dixon, who is fabulous. He used to work in the Plano location, but now he's at the Galleria. He's a master. You know a haircut is good when it grows out even better. I'm a hair salon snob, and he is one of the best, if not the best, stylists I've ever been to.

Do not get your bangs cut by Victoria. I went in for a complimentary trim which is free so I won't complain too much but she wrecked my bangs. It's really embarrassing. I'm sure she's great at other things but I would definitely never repeat this mistake.

With a recommendation of my daughter and Yelp research, I asked for Stephanie.
She was very courteous and eager to listen to my likings. She took time and didn't use easier way to thin my hair. I am very happy that I found a very good stylist. Price is reasonable, and they don't over book! I hate to be kept waiting and being rushed to accommodate next customer.

Lea is the best colorist there is. My hair was completely messed up by 2 different salons. She was my last hope and she got me right in one sitting. Will never go to anyone else. If you need to fix your hair color, or color your hair, I highly recommend Lea. (I think that i how you spell her name)
