Overall, I am satisfied with the services. They’re efficient and quick. The downside and why I gave it a 4 the customer service. During my manicure the service provide was not as friendly as I hoped to be. The person told me to wash my hands and I didn’t know where it was, not providing detailed information. The pedicure went fantastic and was a quick service. My nails look wonderful. Thank you.

I always feel so welcome here. You're always offered something to drink, and they always try to squeeze you in, even if it's last minute. Excellent service, good prices, and friendly atmosphere.

Very friendly, customer focused salon. Came to get manicures with my two girls (6 and 14) and each of ours turned out perfect. From the Cities, but if we come back to Alex for a weekend we will definitely be back here.

I've been getting gel manicures a long time and every once in awhile i try a new place... I won't be trying this place again. She was filing so rough with the file it spiced my skin just under my nail and the gel started Chipping the very next day.

We really enjoy coming here for our pedicures. They are always kind and very friendly and they do a great job!!
