Went in for my first dip set on Sunday. Monday night my left thumb was already chipped. I went back in on Wednesday to have the issue addressed and all the tech did was file ALL of my nails down (for a reason I still don't comprehend). I thought she was going to redip or something.. instead I walked away with a new chip in the shellac on my right thumb and uneven nails.. the next day my right ring finger chipped away (I assume due to being filed). I will never go back.

The medium age Nail Tech Lady attitude was HORRIBLE! She definitely should not try and talk to customers any kind of way because that can turn out bad! I WILL NOT BE REFERRING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!😑

I went to get a fill in and was charged $30. I can’t even describe how thick and bulky they are. I am VERY disappointed.
