I've gone to this salon a few times. Today's service was rushed and inconsistent. Certain services were not offered to my sister and me, but were offered to other customers before and after us while we were there. I brought this up to the manager and nothing was done or offered as a remedy. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Here's a tip: treat ALL customers the same.

It’s very frustrating when overcharge you way too much for terrible, maybe mediocre, service and can’t provide you the color that you request that they advertised. I have a toenail that I specifically asked to be completely ignored, and they didn’t understand what I said so I tried to explain in simpler terms and they didn’t understand then either. They proceeded to scrub that toenail, paint it, and cut the cuticle when I specifically said “don’t do anything to this toenail” and they didn’t even take the polish off of tbe toe when I asked for them to remove it. The manicure was more of a nail painting with a blob of lotion rubbed in. The pedicure was by far the worst one I’ve ever recurved - hardly any massage and way too much time spent rubbing in lotion. Would not recommend.

Very nice Nail salon never ever before. Very kindly and excellent skill for pedi and mani.

The best pedicure there is and the best part about it when you're drying there's an amazing guy that gives a neck rub

Customers should be taken in order. There’s nothing more annoying than waiting and waiting to be helped only to have someone who came in 30 MINUTES AFTER YOU be helped first. Language barriers also make communicating difficult. I’ll be taking my business to the new Nail Bar next time! This place has seriously gone downhill - too big for their britches.
