First time to try this salon out. Let me tell you customer service was great! My nails and feet looked good and the prices was not to bad. They did a better job than the last place I went to. They even fix my nails to be better! Amazing!

I decided to try this place out since my regular salon didn't have power. I called before I went to make sure they had dip power. When I got there, I asked for a soak off and dip powder on my nails. The lady used a metal spatula type of tool to rip my previous over lay off while asking if I wanted to keep my real nails. Well DUH of course I do!!! She ruined all of my nailbeds and at least two of my nails were ripped apart. She had to glue fake ones on those. I couldn't decide what color dip I wanted since I was given a very limited selection so she decided to try to use a gel overlay that I did not want. I asked where was the dip powder I asked for. She lied and said it was dip. I said, I know it's not dip because they never use a brush and liquid to apply it. You dip the finger. So she says she doesn't know how to do that. I asked for someone who did and picked out a dip color. To my surprise she started the process on applying the dip. I told her other nail techs always start with a base powder before the colored powder. She says I don't need that. Well my nails started chipping and breaking the same day and they look terrible now. What a waste of money! The only good thing I can say about my experience is she didn't give me attitude and the guy who did my pedicure did an awesome job. I now have to spend extra money to have my nails done correctly.

Poor customer service. When in to get a pedicure and was sitting in the chair with my feet in the water for 20 minutes before a rude nail tech turned on the chair I was sitting asked her to turn it off and she stood there hollering with a attitude that she couldn't tell the chair was on because I was sitting in it. WHICH WAS A LIE. If she walked over there and saw it was off because it has a light to let you know it was on she just told on herself that she lied. I have a brain hemmorage and can't take the vibration. Then she asked what was wrong with my foot that I just had surgery on.. I know that they have seen scars before. She also dropped the tips to the drill on the floor and put them back into the plastic container..The owner never apologized for the rude behavior Never again .

I think her name is Amy! Did suchhhhhhh a good job very kind and sweet. Prices are great! Will be back
