5 star eyebrow wax. Perfect every time. They just seemed to know what shape would look fantastic for my face and nailed it every time.

My experience here was less than enjoyable. The staff was somewhat nice, and the salon was clean. However, I came in knowing what I wanted and asked for it and the employees continuously tried to tell me I didn’t need what I was asking for. They just made me so uncomfortable cause every time I asked for one thing, they would tell me no and say I needed something else. It’s fine to have your opinion and give tips, but it’s never okay to make a customer feel stupid for wanting one thing done. Just give me what I ask for... I ended up telling them I just wouldn’t get it since I didn’t want what they wanted me to get. That’s the only time they ever agreed to do what I was asking for. On top of that, my nail shapes are so uneven, very different from one another, and way too thick. My gel that’s supposed to last for a couple weeks at least bubbled and chipped just hours after I left. For some reason, I look like I need a fill the day I got these nails done...unacceptable.
Called to express I was unhappy and they said they would fix them but I was so ready to leave it wasn’t worth going back. Especially when the tech complained it was my fault the paint was messing up cause I held my fingers too close to the light. She even came around to check and I was holding them like I was supposed to, yet my paint still messed up.
Only reason they got 2 stars was because my pedicure was decent. Won’t be back.

Elegant Nails provided the PERFECT experience for my bridesmaids and I. My nails look amazing and I didn’t even realize how much I needed that massage. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say that these ladies are very sweet and do a really good job! I was able to get a pedicure and nails painted at the same time! I was so relaxed and grateful!
