This was my first time & probably my last. I don't know if Andy is new or just inexperienced. But I went in with long nails, for an Acrylic fill and came out with stubs. He asked if I wanted them cut down and I said, just a "little". After 2 hours, and being burnt by the drill several times I was finally done. Asked how much I owed. He gave me a price. Another employee came up front & said that I owed more money. Which I paid. Once I was at home, and looked, none of my nails are shaped like I asked. Very disappointed.

This spa is my #1 "GO TO" when I'm in Cape Coral. The staff is so amazing and they do a FANTASTIC JOB every single time! As far as "DORY" the 2 lb absolutely darling little puppy...oh please...It is so darn cute! It was only there for a few minutes...Some people look for reasons to complain! I was there to get my nails done (Which in my opinion is the BEST PLACE AROUND) And that puppy did not effect my GORGEOUS nails being done, one bit! I feel like family when I'm there and they do not use cheap products either as many do around here... GREAT PRICES as well! Thank you A N Nails!

Their website and a big hanging banner outside both say their current promotion is 10% Off Any Service (no fine print, no further description). Then you go to pay the bill and are advised its a stamp system. You get a stamp each time you visit. After seven visits you get 10% off. They know they are deceiving new customers and there's nothing you can do about it after services have already been rendered. VERY SHADY. So after I spend $250 I’ll get $3 off? NO Thanks. Its the principle of the whole thing that turns me off. I'll find a more honest salon. P.S. One of the employees had just eaten fish so I had to smell that stench the entire time.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. The person doing my pedicure did not know how to remove ingrown nails and had to keep stopping to get her little dog who was running around eating nasty things on the ground. The guy that works there was sleeping upfront in two of the chairs. The woman who did my acrylics not only has a serious attitude problem but is ridiculously HORRIBLE at doing nails. Within one hour of being home my nails broke because she made the corner too thin, she left globs of acrylic under my nails, paint all over my skin. She did not even properly apply or dry my nails so they were both tacky and smearing which is ridiculous since they were gel polish. To make matters worse after I left a review the owner asked me to come back and have them fixed which I did and he put me with the same technician who obviously knew about my review. While she was redoing my nails she continued to burn me over and over again and when I finally said ow she yanked my skin down on my thumb separating my skin from my nail. Best of all she was beyond bitter and nasty the entire time. The owner continued to text me the next day asking me to remove the review. I refused and told him why I won't remove an honest review. He keeps asking me to remove the review and trying to convince me to come back again. I would give this place negative stars if possible.

First time someone actually does a good job on my nails and I love it. It was my first time here and it was wonderful 💕
