I went into Sophia's Nail and Spa yesterday to get a Manny/Petti. I always go to Sophia's, but this time I was set back a little on how dirty the place is. Where you get the pedicures all the supplies are dirty, the water was freezing cold that the owners husband ran in my tub. He was in such a hurry to get my feet done he skipped a lot of the service and I asked for flowers on my big toes with color and all he would put on is white. That pissed me off, then I changed chairs for my manicure and again he was in a big hurry. I got a French manicure and I like the white on the tips of my finger nails thin not thick and he put it on thick and when I told him I wanted it thinner it made him mad. This cost me $63.00 and if I am going to get a attitude and crappy service I will take my business somewhere else. They need to listen to their customers and they really need to clean the store and the equipment. I am very unsatisfied. I will not be back.

I have not had my nails done in years. Had chinh do my names amd he did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back

They didnt even put the acrylic to the end of your nails and ive only had them for 4 days and there already almost falling off and its for my wedding!! One of the guys messed up one of my bridesmaids nails very bad he didnt even know what he was doing! And my other bridesmaids are uneven! I Dont recomend to go here!

They treat you like family. They truly CARE about the quality work, the clients, and the beauty that walks out the door. Its walking around our community . We are lucky to have an establishment in our community to trust and to go to. It helps our day, to feel better and better about our day. Thank you Miss Sophia, Ben, and Mr. Chin. You and your staff are an asset.

I have been pampered here for a little over 12 yrs. Sophia is an artist and her staff is very caring and creative. They keep an exceptionally clean shop.
