The man who is usually a receptionist attempted to take off my dip powder manicure. He was rude and incompetent. It took well over an hour. It seems he used alcohol instead of acetone. Finally, a competent technician took over and finished the job. However, I did not receive an apology or a discount. When I requested a discount because of his mistake, the receptionist yelled and made a scene.
Before today, I had gone to this salon for years. But after my experience with the receptionist I will not be back.

I wish I could leave a zero rating. They’re rude. They’re slow. They make you wait too long. Employees with no customers will sit around and watch you wait while they are on their phone texting. Once, I waited so long the water my foot spa went from piping hot to ice cold. They change their price for services at the drop of a hat. That’s why they have signs all over the place telling you to confirm the price with the tech before they begin service. So you aren’t surprised. I get the same thing done every time. Sometimes they charge me $50, sometimes they charge me $75. I stopped going when they caused me to bleed after clipping around my cuticles. You’re better off going to HK Nails across the street.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before heading into this place. i’m new to the area and thought I would give it a try
The customer service is horrible and extremely overpriced. It’s run like a sweatshop! You feel rushed through, not listened to and totally disrespected! After it’s all said and done my nails were a mess. Unevenly polished and mis-shaped nails. I’ve never walked out and not give tip. Today I barely made it out the door without threatening not to pay at all!

Over priced for mediocre service. Also, if you want something like a specific design they act like they can’t do it. I asked for a simple V French tip and they couldn’t do it. However, the staff is nice. I just go sometimes because it’s close to where I live, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to people. I suggest that their staff get more training for these techniques or they hire more people who is qualified for the pay.

It was later in the day and wanted to take my babygirl for a nail experience. They took us close to closing which was nice. I had Angel who was awesome. I have been here before and thought the service was mediocre for the prices but this was the only option close to me. I spent $140. Off break was offered drinks and they gave my 3yr old daughter a mimosa "accidentally." She was gulping too hard so I tasted it. Angel gave GREAT service and was so sweet. Was very disappointed to spend all that money and my gel came off 6 days later. Cracking on the sides. My daughter's regular polish came off in like 2 days. They also do not have a wide range of colors.
