I had a very relaxing pedicure here on a Sunday evening. The spa is quiet and calm on the inside with around 9 pedicure chairs and two manicure stations. The pedicure chairs and foot baths are clear and modern. My cosmetologist was effective, fast, and professional. She fixed a broken toe nail I had and made it look great/smooth once polished. Very nice no-frills service. The music is calming, and there’s no chatter. I fell asleep during my pedicure!
My only complaint/suggestion is that the bathwater was too cold, but I should have spoken up to make it warmer!

Nice, clean, luxurious feel to the place. Very relaxing and thorough pedicure. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to a friend.

I stayed in San Francisco for three nights and was looking to get my nails done before flying back home to Switzerland. I chose Paradise Nail Spa because I found their studio appealing and the staff friendly. Although they were fairly busy just before closing time they were very welcoming and took time for me. Each and everyone did an amazing job on my hands and feet, including a shoulder massage! I would absolutely recommend Paradise Nail Spa and am looking forward to getting my nails done there again when I am in San Francisco next time.

One of the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting gel for over 10 years, regularly every 3-4 weeks so I know the process.
The salon doesn’t soak gels before removing them and tried to peel and scrap them off! As you can imagine, my actual nail starts ripping off with them. I was horrified and could not relax the rest of the treatment. Will never return.

Had manicure and pedicure done here and both turned out great. Very nice staff and clean interior. I am looking forward to go back!
