They pretend to not speak English and then disrespect you in their language.... then they look at you and laugh. Patrick the owner needs to get his ladles to order.

Absolutely terrible. I won’t ever step through those doors again. I was told the wait was 30 minutes but I waited an hour and a half before getting up and leaving. They say walk ins are welcomed but kept skipping me for the appointments.
Oh and someone didn’t close the nail polish container all the way and it leaked all over my lap and stained my clothes.

Called Rose nails during the Corona shut downs to see if they were opened, was told to come to the shop located in the Raleys shopping center and to knock when we arrived. They were taking customers one at a time. I believe it was this reason I received the worst service ever. The tech seemed nervous, her conversation was random, she was careless with her technic and hurt me several times grinding away at the nails..When I asked to see a color swatch, she told me " No you don't color this time, next time when you get them filled, then you get the color? She did a French Mani with gaps between the nail and cuticle that I would have needed a refill in a week if I hadn't takin them off the same day I got them. In the end she started giving me inappropriate compliments in a attempt to get a tip I'm guessing, didn't happen, was bad enough I paid 40.00? Oh yeah I paid extra for her to clean my nails and cuticles, isn't that standard in a Mani? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
