Went in on a Saturday afternoon. There were two ladies working, waited for 45 minutes before I was seen. Asked them not to use a drill, drill was used anyway. The older lady was flat out rude to an older gentleman that was being serviced, as she was to me. The Polish job was HORRIBLE! Then a guy, I'm guessing the owner, came in, he proceeded to drill my nail to the point where it burned to the skin and I kept asking him to stop. He said a little bit, just a little. Will never step foot in here again.
