A couple friends and I decided to go here to get our nails done for a wedding we were all in. Although they were very quick getting our nails done they were very expensive and very sloppy. When we had walked in I was seated quickly, I told them that I just wanted a french manicure in polish and the guy doing my nails told me that that was not a wise choice and started puting on acrylics. While applying the fake nails he did not clean, trim, or take care of my actual nails. While gluing the tips on he was very sloppy and ended up pulling the skin around the tip off the side of my nail. I paid $35 for something I did not ask for and 5 days later my nails are already starting to come up. Would not go here again unless you are very desperate to get your nails done.

Great small and quaint place. Excellent customer service... Everyone was friendly and my nails looked ok..They were busy but they worked quickly. I doubt I try them again. I think other places do a better job.

After being disappointed on a regular basis with my what used to be go to nail salon, I decided to give ProNails a try. I am so glad that I did. Everyone was very friendly and I felt really comfortable while I was there. Most nails salons, the employees talk to other people the entire time and makes the experience awkward. None of that happened here. Also, my shellac lasts for nearly three weeks! I am very pleased and will continue to come here unless they give me a reason not to!

Poor service, poor quality. They did not speak to me other than to say, "what do you want?" None of my nails are now the same shape or length. There is shellac around all my nails. And several of my nails aren't even coated completely.
