Went in today looking for an outfit for my grandmothers funeral. I had been all over town with no luck on a shirt or pants. As I was giving up and about to leave a lady stopped me and offered help. She completely went out of her way to help me really look. Even a few times I felt like just saying it's okay nevermind I have to go. I kept looking with her and she found me multiple different options of what I was looking for. She was amazing. Very nice woman. She helped get me signed up for a JC Penny's card and advised me of the great deals if I download the app. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and I just appreciate her taking her time to help. She was the GM too. I will definitely be back in and I will recommend to others for a great place to shop.

I had the pleasure of working with both Allison H. as well as Anne. Both were incresibly courteous and showed great customer service skills. This store is clean and we'll lit, as well as organized. Overall, a great experience!

It would have been better had we been able to find an open fitting room. Trying to find a prom dress and my daughter couldn't try any of them on to see if she liked the fit, we've gotten all of her formals at JC Penny's because the price is always right and she has always found something she really likes there, unfortunately nit being able to try anything on had us leave without purchasing. She was really sad as she had found 4 dresses she loved but needed to see how they fit and if she liked them on.

Went in to find some dresses, dressing rooms were closed due to not having returns out of the dressing rooms, the only dressing room open was the men's.
We did end up buying dresses from this jcpennys but got all the way home to find it had a metal tag still attached. Not a huge deal, but went in today (since I was near) and the lady at the counter was on the phone when I walked in. I talked to the customer before me (she watched me walk in with the dress) and she was clearly getting upset with how long the cashier was on the phone.
Finally after a few moments the cashier turned to us, and I asked if she would take out the metal thing from the dress.. she asked me for a Receipt and I told her I didn't have it that my sister had it But I was just here Tuesday and we'd Bought two of these same dresses, but didn't get the tags off mine. Anyways, the cashier was short tempered and gave attitude, I don't appreciate that so I told her she could go ahead an watch the cams from 2 days ago or even the one today as I was coming into the store with dress in hand!
BTW, the metal security thing never went off when I walked into jcpennys to get it removed, it did however go off when I was going through (on my way to jcp) cabelas front doors.
I understand you should always have proof of Purchase, but to have a attitude about it, I'm just going to say don't give something you don't want back.
Maybe be aware of people coming into the store as well, cause yea having a back turned towards customers is rude and unnecessary.

I had one of the best Customer service experiences in a long time. My Mom isn't quite able to walk around the Mall. I asked a young women if they might have a wheelchair that I could use even though my mom and I wasn't shopping at that store. She walked and grabbed the wheelchair no questions asked and let my Mom use it to get a new pair of sneakers. It was great to hear people are still teaching there kids to have great manners and showing some common certisy. Thank you too the Two young women who made my shopping a lot more enjoyable 🌹🌹👍🏻👍🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻😁😁🧡💙🧡💙
