I love this nail salon, but the girl that just did my nails rushed and it was terrible service. She cut my finger in two places, and didn't even let me wash my hands before she started putting the color on my nails. Also, they are uneven. Not the best visit I've had before ...

Go expecting a wait, check your email or catch up on social media and usually in 20 mins your next. Make sure you are there by 7pm as they quit taking walk ins then. I get shellac over gel, and love the outcome, I have had my nails done by 4 people so far and each one does a real nice job. I even accidently filled too much and had a shellac cap pop and I was not charged 4 days later to re-shellac it (most other salons charge to fix a nail). The techs are extremely fast, and usually Im out of there in 45 mins for a gel fill and shellac. I have seen some real nice work from the techs and will continue to use them. Just gotta say to the neg comment people, If you have a problem and it was not resolved ask yourself, were you nice in the way you asked? Im super picky and have had good results every time :)

It's sad to say that this used to be my favorite nail salon until today I picked a color that looks nice and dark with some speckles in it the girl put two coats on and asked me if I liked it I said it doesn't really look dark enough how about a third coat she immediately got very mad with me yanking my hands around she called the owner over to finish my nails and the whole time the owner was finishing my nails with a different color because she offered me a different color this woman decided to sit back in the salon and give me an intimidation stare-down right up to the point where I said to her manager look at her staring at me this is wrong I felt threatened and immediately left I will never return to this Salon again.

My nail technician was FaceTiming while doing my nails. Very rude and unprofessional. She wasn’t paying attention and nicked my finger causing it to bleed. If All Star Nails finds this sort of service acceptable, they will continue to lose business. The only reason I didn’t give this review 1 star is because I like how my nails look.t
