When you're on hold with Leckner Ford, you get to hear about how they're training their staff to be the best at customer service. Unfortunately, I don't think that training has made it to their service department. I spoke to a salesman and a woman in the parts department and they were both very personable, professional, and accommodating. I wish I could say that for their service personnel. I've gone in once and was greeted with minimal interest. I had to call today w/ additional concerns and, again, was treated with short, one word responses, And when the conversation was over, the gentleman didn't even have the respect to say goodbye, he just hung up. Leckner Ford needs to extend some of this customer service training to the service department personnel. I wish I were buying a car or parts.....those guys (and gals) were great! (they're why I gave three starts instead of two!)

I just bought a used 2015 Dodge Challenger at Leckner Ford, and everyone I dealt with, throughout the sales and financing process, was absolutely amazing (shout out to Michael, Mickey, and Don)! Michael and Mickey helped me find exactly the car that fit both my budget and personality; they took the time to understand what I wanted, and were laid back and easy to talk to. Don walked me through the boring financing options with a bit of humor thrown in. I got a fair offer on my trade in, and a fair price on my gorgeous new (used) ride. They were very up front about processing and registration fees, and factored those amounts when discussing my budget. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

The entire process, from being contacted due to my interest, to the salesman to the vehicle was absolutely amazing. If you can get him, ask for Jesse Gordon. He's a great guy, and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. He was able to keep things flexible, given my busy schedule, and worked with me through everything. He was also incredibly helpful in getting the price just right, which is the most important part of any car buying experience.
I cannot recommend this dealership, or Jesse enough, especially if you're military. Would absolutely deal with them again in a heartbeat.

I have been looking for a 4 runner for a while. I finally found one at Leckner Ford. Me and the seller were working with numbers for a while. I had to go home and sleep on such a big purchase. The salesman was trying his best to help me out but ultimately i just needed to think about it. A couple of days later i received a text asking about getting the deal done. I told him the numbers that needed to be met and if we could make that work i would be there the next day. He made it happen and the vehicle has been my best decision in a long time. Quick process and if i didn't feel like the vehicle was meant for me i would have not purchased it. I would deal with this dealership again.
