You can go online and register for an appointment AND fill out your insurance information so I didn't have to fill out ANYTHING when I got there! The building is nice and you can park RIGHT in front which is great when you don't feel good. When my son and I got there, the front desk was quick. They have a nice TV Screen that tells you how long until you are seen by the doctor. My appointment was at 12pm. I got there at 11:40am and was done and out by 12:15pm... AND we had a test done! I waited less than 10 minutes to see the Doctor. She was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable (Dr. Dori I believe). Thank you!
EDIT: I just wanted to let people know who are considering going here that the front desk royally messed up our insurance and we got charged an extra $350. It took messaging, calling, messaging again and then finally sending in a mailed package with all my info to finally get a response from anyone. The front desk was so disorganized that they used my name instead of my son's insurance so it didn't work and I had to do back flips to get it solved. I wouldn't trust this company again. Not necessarily because of the negligence of the front desk because I understand mistakes happen, but more because they have no support staff to quickly solve errors that they make.

We were traveling through Oregon and needed to stop for my daughter. The office was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. We were quickly and did not feel at all rushed. I feel like our concerns were listened too. I was satisfied with our care.

The staff were so friendly, fast, and realistic with us. My husband and I were being seen at the same time, with our 7-month-old along. The visit was about an hour long between the two of us, and I even had an X-ray done with immediate results.
Very family friendly. So convenient to schedule appointments online too!

I was impressed with the ease of everything...but what gets me is the billing. On the website they show their fees if you pay by cash for all their services, its completely transparent...if you pay by cash. They also accept insurance BUT if you submit to the insurance, the charges are way higher. For example, I took my son in for a cough. The doc listened to him and said it was just a head cold and not a chest could. Great. took 5 minutes. They said they would submit to the insurance. A few weeks later, I get the bill. They submitted $433 in charges, with discounted insurance rate of $200.65, I owe $232.35.....but if I was a cash paying patient, their website says an office visit is $149. So if you are using insurance...be a little wary. It could be way better by alot to pay upfront instead of using insurance.

Rebecca at the front desk was very welcoming. In the back, McKenzie made me feel very comfortable and at ease from start to finish, she was great ! Dr Rana was very thorough and knowledgeable. All round great experience
