These ladies are so nice and friendly. Came in for a couples pedicure me and my husband had an awesome time here very very happy with the high level of customer service. Massage chairs are awesome I didn’t want to leave. Will be back next week for a manicure with my daughters.

Honestly I’m very disappointed. The reason I went to this salon was because I read mostly good reviews about it. I called ahead of time because I knew it was late and they were closing soon, they told me I could come in no problem. Went in, waited 30 minutes before I got asked to sit on a station, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before they even paid any attention that I was waiting there. When they started working on my nails, I think she was in a rush to go home she did a terrible job, my nails are thick, clumpy, uneven, and on my left index finger the gel is completely lifting off of my nail. Haven’t even had them for 24 hours. I don’t think I’ll be going back, if it was too late to go in they could have easily told me that on the phone when I called. Instead of wasting my time and doing a horrible job.

If i could rate it a 0 o would. From the moment we walked it we felt unwelcomed and it was very obvious they were talking about my younger sister and i. I paid $75 but i am glad i did not tip, RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! Never have i paid for such horrible service. The corners of my nails are so sharp i have to file them down myself. My sisters eyebrows look like they were waxed by a child, which by the way i am going to have to fix them as well. For what i paid i should have gotten way more out of them.

Top Nails is a top of the line nail spa! I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 11 yrs and they’ve always done a beautiful job. Thank you Tina for making my nails the best they can be.
