I go here specifically for the SNS powder French manicure. The lady who does my mails is named Sandy and she is there Thursday & Friday only. I work with my hands and this is the best nail manicure for me. I go to this salon twice a month. Is it in a dingy, ugly building with outdated decor? yes. Are the manicurists quiet, untalkative, or have limited English? Yes, many of them are. But I have been very pleased with the services they have provided to me. I will continue to use this "salon." They also seem to do a VERY STEADY stream of customers, who rarely seem dissatisfied. I hope this tepid review is helpful.

Terrible job all around. Do NOT go here for lovely nails. Complete joke of a shop. Nails disaster after 2 days. Rude woman tried to force a large tip or I was not able to use a credit card to pay? They should be shut down!

Terrible service and unpleasant atmosphere....
Manicurist Annie, who did my manicure, did not want to cut cuticles when I asked (I really thought this is what manicure is all about) and then hold the cuticle cutter in-properly. Then I was told not to come back during lunch time because she is too busy. On top of that she had an attitude.
Ambience- TACKY. Uncomfortable/ ugly/ dirty chair cushions at the dry station and flies all over.
They DO NOT disinfect their tools or work stations.
They DO NOT speak English!
The charges for manicure are ridiculous - they simply add up like $3 to use second top of color, $3 to cut, $3 to remove, $2 to look, $4 to paste.....The total cost = $38 for regular mani plus $5 minimum tip which is mandatory in this place!!! and...Extra Charge if paying with credit card.
Horrible... I do not recommend this place to anyone....

Don't think I've ever been to a more terrible nail salon. The women assigned to me cut my cuticle really bad (like worse than the typical nick) and while I was applying pressure with a gauze yelled at me to give more tip since they have a rule you have to give more than $5. I didn't think I got the service for more than what I gave so she continued to yell and another women even came to scold me as well and just gave me dirty looks the remaining time I was there. It was so uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and go to Ann's right across the street for the same $20 dollar mani/pedi deal with much nicer & more professional ladies. .

completely disgusting, they were hurting my nails, so violent, now i have all of my fingers in red and inflamated. The colors are not the same in their place like in the street, they have a dark light so now I have permanent fluorescent colors and i hate them. The joke was near to $100 they forced me to pay 20% tip, it was a little violent to see the girls working there stopping what they were doing when I said I was not happy at all with what they did to me and treating me to pay the maximum tip, so I was scared and I gave them tip. Please do not go there. Hopping it closes very soon.
