LyLy Nails & Spa Walker's Point made my nails and feet beautiful for my wedding. The staff were so nice..thank you guys.. Best service anywhere

I went here because it had good reviews and was low cost.
I got a fill in a set of acrylics and I was told it would be $20
I have never gotten a fill before so I didn't know it would be an extra $5 for coffin shape, which she told me after she had done it that it would cost extra.
The nail tech cut my thumb skin with the drill and didn't do anything about it. No sanitation.
In fact, they used the same files on multiple clients, it looked like drill bit weren't sanitized between clients either.
My cuticles were super dry and sad after and they didn't lotion my hands.
At least the nails looked nice-ish afterward. A few were a little crooked and you could see the texture from drilling that didn't get filed down.
Two days after I got them done one nail was cracked. Four days after a different nail completely broke off when I hit my hand against my window putting on my seat belt.
I went back in and they told me it would be $5 per nail to get them fixed. What are you doing that these broke so fast? Acrylic nails are supposed to last at least 2 weeks!
I get that this is an Express/budget nail salon, but I think I'll pay extra up front at a nicer salon so I don't have to pay go get nails repaired every 4 days.

I love this salon. My family and I started coming here a few months ago. My favorite nail techs always go over and beyond to make sure I am happy with my nails and my pedicures. I recommend this place especially if you want your nails to be done with perfection. Plus all the staff are friendly and amazing here.

The best customer service I've ever had. Thi was great! I got a simple pedicure and was treated so well. I'll definitely be making this my main salon.
