If you've never been to "POLISH" you should make an appt. or just Walk-into the shop! The renovated house & grounds are quite Beautiful! The inside was renovated & its quite elegant! A perfect place to relax & have your nails done, or experience a heavenly pedicure from your menu choice! Close your eyes & enjoy having yr feet soaked in a warm water bath. A sugar scrub & moisturizer are applied, ( the scents alone will carry you away)!!! 100's of polishes to choose from, & a massage chair that you customized to benefit your needs! I've only had good experiences here. Cute salon, tons of colors to choose from, and they do a fabulous job! The gentleman that typically does my nails always makes them look amazing. I took a group of 8 of my girlfriends here a couple weeks ago and they were all happy with their nails. And for what it's worth, I went in the bathroom for the first time today and holy moly it's cute.

I've been coming to Polish and their sister store for years. People are kind and as far as I can tell, the work is dependable and reliable. I always make an appointment for my convenience and in order not to be rushed. I do recommend this facility

I paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was far from deluxe. I feel like I wasted my money. The man who did my pedicure spent about 2 seconds on my heels and the scrub. The massage was not relaxing at all - he basically just moved his hands back and forth really fast on my calves the whole time, shaking my whole body. I don't get pedicures very often and I am really bummed at how this experience turned out. I won't be going back here again.

Seriously lack customer service.. walked in and only one customer was having her nails done. The worker said he could do my pedicure request and to pick my color. So far so good ... after sitting for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment at all, which again I kind of appreciated that he didn’t leave the customer that he was helping (as that’s just rude!) so far I’m just trying to be patient But then a young girl comes in , obviously a walk in as she asked if they did eyebrows . Boom the employee that just walked in from the back says yes and takes her in the back ?! No acknowledgment at all from the guy doing the first customers nails. Nothing said such as “I’ll be right with you” Ok — I’m gone!
