Do NOT waste your money here. We waited for 30 minutes, nobody said a word to us but another lady walks in and gets greeted. They also sat other people ahead of someone who came in before me. Read the reviews and go the other direction

first time here and the girl messed my eyebrows up so badly. Also, the mirror she handed me to look was so filthy, I could barely see bc the mirror was that nasty/dirty. Imagine what else they don't keep clean if they can't keep a simple mirror clean.. I was so upset with my whole experience here. Never again!!!!!! Stay away!!

I've been coming to this shop a little over a year now, and the reason I only gave it three stars is because it has it's days. Sometimes the customer service and the final products are great. Other times your services feel rushed. The older guy who works there , is very very rough when it comes to handling your hands all and all, when you say "ouch" he tells you to relax youe hands. On the bright said the lady who does eyebrows and lashes is really really good. She takes her times, and takes any recommendations into consideration.

I went in for a manicure with gel polish. The tools were pulled out of a drawer so they were not clean, she rushed through the manicure, nails are all different lengths, and the polish looks like a young kid did it. I will never go there again. I’m sorry I strayed from Lotus Day Spa.

Very upset with the service i just received! I never am one to complain but i am so upset. I went in for a pedicure and polish change, everyone of my toes is cut up, no massage, no hot towel, and the polish looked like my 3 year old did it! I asked him to take it off and completely changed my mind about my nails! And the worst part is i still had to pay 40. And i have nothing to show for it but cut up toes!! I would give 0 stars but thats not an option!
