This place is the best nail salon in South Florida! It’s super clean and beautiful. The ladies in the front, Anna and Ashley are absolutely delightful. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. And I love how their appointment system is set up. They always give me a reminder text and email before my appointment. And because of that I haven’t missed an appointment with Ned. Ned is a SUPERSTAR! He is a very talented and detailed nail artist. My nails are always flawlessly perfect thanks to him. I think they offer hair, massages and many others services too. I see a lot of people coming in for those services as well. I definitely recommend this gorgeous salon. You won’t regret your experience here!

I love Erica, she is very sweet and does a great pedicure. I broke my left leg and ankle and it is still healing. She was so gentle and careful with it and massaging the lotion on my leg. I've been going there for a few years now and always see Erica! Very highly recommend!

My hairdresser recommended this shop and I'm so glad she did. Very clean and if you are concerned about safety, this shop follows strict adherence to cleanliness. Staff is professional and every pedicure I've had has turned out beautifully.

It is a beautiful relaxing setting but.. my nail care specialist acted as though I was invisible although the service was quick - she seemed very annoyed to do my nails not looking at my face once to answer a question and if I did ask a question she would just shrug or look down at the floor and not answer me. I thought that was very rude on my part especially when I have been a loyal costumer and come here all the time :( By the end of my French manicure she totally rushed on the finishing of my nails as a nail salon worker brought in food and while customers were getting their nails done they were handing out meals! The French manicure sizing on my nails were different and looked very tacky as though a toddler had painted them for fun. It's very unprofessional, unhygienic and gross to eat while on the job at a nail salon. The owners might as well turn this salon into a restaurant as this has happened many times before but I have always let it slide and never brought it up to anyone’s attention. At the end of the day the service and impression from the staff and nails paradise is far below my standards.

I took my daughter here for a pedicure and full set for her birthday,I also got a pedicure. When we were choosing polish I told the receptionist that we wanted regular polish not gel ,when we were finished our bill was $153.00,I asked why so much and was told they used gel polish on my daughter's toes and fingernails,my daughter never asked for gel as she was right at the desk when I specifically said to use regular polish. The so called manager and owner stated that my daughter should have known that the lady was putting gel on her nails and should have told her to stop. She was extremely rude and very nasty,offered to change polish to regular but for another charge. Very bad business woman! She should have removed the charge for the gel polish especially with the receptionist saying that I did ask for regular polish.
