Great management and employees!! Lovely apartments! The tenants are all responsible hard working people! Located in Chicago's lovely Gold Coast. Local watering holes just steps away plus good eateries make this a great location to live!!! Recommend to anyone wanting to live downtown.

This is a review of the rental experience. We had to find a place quickly due to a short notice job relocation. Worked with Katherine and she was great. Leasing process was fast. Unit we chose needed work and the work was done quickly. All the folks working in the building were great.

I have lived in this building for almost 3 years and have had minimal issues. The staff is very helpful and completes maintenance request quickly! I feel safe in the building with 24hr security/door man! The location is in the heart of Gold Coast with lots of shops/restaurant and bars in walking distance. The only thing I think this building is missing is some sort of common area or rooftop outside of the lobby! The only issues I've had since moving in were minor pluming issues (fixed promptly) and the construction that took place for multiple months quickly after I initially moved in. It was completed before my next lease so I decided to resign 2 times since! I would (and have) recommend this building as a great place to live!

No apartment complex I’ve lived in has been perfect but so far this has been the best. Kathy helped me look at apartment options and was very forward and straight to the point. Everything was explained clearly to me which made it much easier. I moved in after the re-model so I was pleased with the apartment as well as common areas. Even more pleased when they renovated the elevators.
It’s a quiet building, I’ve never had to make a noise complaint. The location is PRIME and I haven’t had any major maintenance issues. I think the price is fair considering the location, internet/cable package and amenities in the building.
I do wish there was a more technically advanced security system. Recently management had to give flyers to tenants reminding them of how the help keep the building safe. I do think this is fair - however, we are NOT security and if someone slips into the building or is simply visiting someone, I believe it would be much more beneficial to have door staff require guest check-in or set up a phone system to the front desk for the tenants to be able to call down, etc. Since I’ve moved in there is now a rotating security staff, but when I first arrived there was only one and he was asleep half the time - so how is it our responsibility to keep and eye on who comes in and out of the building?
Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone who shares my similar living needs. 👍🏼
