First time visiting here. Very expensive, will not return. What I asked for I did not get... overpriced. Won't be going back.

I went to get my nails done for my wedding. Unfortunately I went to Walmart first because it was the only place I could get I last minute. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and asked her if she could do it like the picture. She said no problem. As she was doing them I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing, but she wouldn’t stop claiming they would look nice when she was done. When she did finish I was devastated. She said I expected to much. I asked for my $65.00 back and she said “no refund” I left there in tears thinking everyone was going to be looking at my hands and they looked horrible. On my way home to Huber Heights I passed a nail salon. It was called T-Nails. I walked in desperate. I told the man my situation and that I didn’t have time for a full set because we were leaving for SC in 30 minutes. The man sat me down and told me to calm down he could do something to fix them. Keep in mind this is a by appointment only salon. He couldn’t do the design I had picked because the lady at Walmart made them to short. He said “I’ll pick something” he went on to do them and I didn’t even know what he was doing but I thought it surly couldn’t be any worse than they already were. When he finished my nails I was in disbelief. He took an absolute mess and turned it into a beautiful set of nails. I was totally shocked that he was able to make them look so pretty with what he had to work with. When I got home to leave for my trip I was in tears again. I just couldn’t believe how he had fixed my nails and they turned out perfect for my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. They are so awesome. Their selection is wonderful. Thank you so much T-Nails for saving my day!! 😊 here are the pictures of the job T-Nails did to fix the disgrace Walmart created. I’m sure I don’t have to explain witch is witch!

I have multiple cuts on my fingers from the nail filing and buffing. My dip nails are not even or smooth looking. Place was pretty and clean. Customer service was also good but my nail tech was way too rough.

Best nail salon around. I’ve been going here for almost 13 years and I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else

Quick appointment, very nice chairs for pedicures. Friendly, nice work feet look great. Price is same as I was paying in N.Y.
