Don't waste your time! Nobody was there at ten when the salon opened. I waited and waited then at 10:22 employee's showed up and were not work ready. One even came in and started eating breakfast! Than to top it off they where play amongst each other. At one point a co worker was on top of the other co worker twearking on his lap. I just got up and left. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy never the less a friend. The matienance lady was very nice though.

I had an appointment for 10 am for lashes. The lash person didn’t get there until 11am. Then the person that is being advertised on the Instagram page is not who did my lashes. It was the sister. My lashes were not full and not worth the $100 dollars that I paid. All of the lashes fell off within 2 weeks. I could have went and spent 15 dollars and they would have lasted longer. Then I did brow tinting which I was told lasted 3 weeks for $35, tint lasted 7 days. So $135 plus the tip was just money wasted....

HORRIBLE PRICING. They tell you One price when you contact them and charge you something different when it’s time to pay. I showed the lady the exact nails i wanted, and she purposely cut them long. when i asked her to cut them before putting acrylic she told me she’ll cut them at the end. so i’m thinking she won’t charge. NOO!! i was wrong. At the end she charges me 15 dollars extra, 10 because they were long and 5 because she had to shorten them. ITS A SCAM. She knew i wanted them shorter and did everything to charge me extra!!

Went for a teeth whitening today & even though I did get a flash sale of $60 the service was way under par. I did get attended to very quickly but once I was setup I was just left downstairs in a basement with no instructions. My gums got super burnt and then once the 30 min whitening was done I waited.. & waited.. & waited. Finally after waiting for 25 min just laying there, I saw the cleaning lady & asked her if she can please get someone? She told me I was done and to just take everything out of my mouth. She placed her mop on the floor & then came over & took the mouth piece (that helps expose your teeth) out of my mouth for me. I grabbed all my stuff & ran out of there as quickly as possible to rush home & wash my mouth out. Unprofessional service is an understatement! My husband & I went out with some friends later at night & did get a good laugh about my experience so guess I can thank them for that.

I just got my nails done here. Needed to try something close to home. Mistake!
Came in for acrylic fill and matte color with two stone design on my fingers. Once I got home the glue for the stone is sticking out and the color is already looking dirty. I tried cleaning it off because maybe it was from my clothing and now there are scratch marks. $55 for TERRRRRIBLE nails not even an hour later. When I know the job is really good I tip great. I regret giving anything just to be nice.
Plus walking away from me without even letting me know and constantly stopping to talk. I get there is a benefit on working and being able to do your own thing. But this was extremely unprofessional and I would never come back.
BTW the pictures are not recent the place doesn’t look that profesional.
