I've been coming here for a good six or seven years and refuse to go anywhere else. When Sarah left briefly to pursue her business elsewhere, I was heartbroken. I went from place to place, and none of them had the quality or the prices that Regal Nails offers. I was over the moon when she came back to Savoy. I can walk in there, and they all know my name and what I want done. It's my little treat to myself every two or three weeks. Any time I have had an issue (and there have been maybe 3 in all these years), they fix it up right away. I never have a concern because I know they will make it right no matter what. Hayley is doing an amazing job running the salon now, and I feel that she does just as good of a job on nails as Sarah. They are the sweetest girls. I have no interest in ever taking my business elsewhere. Cannot recommend them enough.

I arrived at 10AM I was told to return at 12. I asked for an appt. I was told it wasn't necessary so I return at 12 & at 12 in the afternoon they say, " no more customers today!" Really??? I will NEVER return!!!

I went there on Saturday and requested a french manicure. I paid 11 dollars plus 2 dollars for tip. I went back home and since it rained all day i decided to just watch movies and relax with my baby boy. Well next day i'm preparing a cup of coffee and my boyfriend finds what looks like a complete fake nail on the floor! I checked my hands and i see that the nail polish had completely fall off my finger! it peeled off like a sticker! I couldn't believe it because whoever wears nail polish knows how hard it is to remove it. I decided to go back to request for my money back on Monday and the lady there completely refused. On monday pretty much all of my nails had peeled off like a banana. She gave me all sorts of excuses even saying my nails are "oily" . She offered me to do them again next week and I unfortunately have no time at all and why would i go back there anyway? I want to do it somewhere else. I requested for a refund and she did not want to give it to me. I would never recommend this place. They took my money and use obviously super bad nail polish. I will post pictures in a moment.
