I got my nails done today (7/27) and it was the worst experience at any nail place I have ever been to. I I asked for dip powder on my fingernails and a regular pedicure for my toes. The lady that did my fingernails must have been blind or something so there’s that. She aggressively would grab my hand to do my nails and was not gentle. She did the three coats of powder and for the most part it was going pretty good until she whipped out her headphones and started talking on the phone halfway through my dip powder manicure. After she did the three coats of dip powder she brought out the what would either be called the nail file drill or maybe nail buffer. After she started to smooth out my dip powder then she started to remove my cuticles with it. My cuticles felt like they were on fire and placed in a furnace. I have never felt worse pain then I did right there. While this was happening the lady was still talking on the phone obviously not doing her best quality job on my nails because THEY WERE BLEEDING. After that, she put on a clear coat of polish and it started to make my cuts, that she caused, sting because the polish hitting the open wound that she made on my fingers using the nail file drill or nail buffer. Then she basically threw my hands away and hand me out them up to the fan to dry. Right then and there I wanted to burst out in tears. How could someone be so careless with their job that they don’t even notice the customer’s nails are bleeding?? The cuts can lead to a nasty infection and they are still in pain as I sit in my household and type this review. On the contrary the lady that did my toenails was fantastic. It is truely safe to say that I will never ever be going back to Top Style Nails. On top of that my total was $54 and the performance on my nails did not meet the price at all. I am disappointed in the outcome and will bash this nail salon to anyone who asks me if they should go there. That’s all, I hope this post is read so this place can make MAJOR improvements. Big big big thumbs down...

Im not trying to be rude or mean but there is NOTHING good i could say about this place. I went 7/27/18 (today) and got dip powder and a pedicure. I picked out the color for the piwder and they said they could match it on my toes. They DID NOT match. It looked like i had cheese on my toes and a COMPLETELY different color on my fingers. Then when i went to get my powder done the lady was on the phone The whole entire time. I felt as if she was choosing her personal life over her job and her customers. I honestly felt as if she was asking for a bad review because that is what sparked a lot of my anger. Being on the phone is mostly the reason for my cuts and extra powder and nail polish all over my fingers. Because She was not paying attention to her job, which was doinng my nails. She got it all kver my fingers and didnt even take it off. There is access polish and powder ALL OVER my fingers. And there is still powder on my nails. Then they pulled out some thing that i guess smoothed the powder out but what did it do? Made my fingers bleed and put me in excruciating pain when i made it known to the stylist that she was hurting me. I am honestly very disappointed and angered with my results from this nail salon, I paid a lot more then what i should have for what i got. I gave a nice generous tip when i should not have given one At All. I am outraged by this and hope u see this and offer me a refund. No hard feelings

I will never go to this place again. The pedicure that I got was so sloppy. There are places on my nails where the polish is either gobbed up or that were missed entirely. There is polish on parts of my toes that aren't near my nails. The person who did my nails spent most of the time with her head turned toward the TV.
