I went into Shear FX to get prices regarding a color and cut. I was in the salon waiting for 10 for someone to assist me. I walked in and the ladies saw me and continued to chat among themselves. I even sat on the couch and was staring right at the lady and all she did was stare! Very rude and horrible customer service. Needless to say they never answer their phone. They need to redo the layout of their spa because is not welcoming at all. Your staring at walls when u walk in. It should be more open and warm. I will never go there and do not recommend them to anyone. Thanks for wasting my time and drive!
