Best Nail Salon & Spa in North Jersey!!!
Not only are you pampered and treated like royalty while in the salon, the quality of work is the best I've ever experienced!! Every single staff member has a smile on their face and they can literally make your dream nails come true! Not to mention all the products are Top Quality and the best available on the market. The owner Jenny is outstanding. She always aims for perfection for all clients. The staff is very sweet and hard-working. The attention to detail on all their services always stands out, especially for manicures and gel manicures. The pedicures include a lovely foot massage. They make their own foot and hand scrubs that smell amazing. The masseuse on the weekend is very good too. Make an appt to avoid waiting as this place is packed on the weekends.

I’m giving this place a big zero! Since my usual salon is closed on Sundays I decided to give this one a try. Biggest mistake and waste of time. It’s disorganized, they take too many clients and then don’t have enough attendants. And there’s a young girl who is inattentive, has the poorest customer service attitude and is frankly a waste of time.
I made an appointment for 4 pm. I arrived at 4 sharp. Since there was no one to greet the customers, I went to one of the girls and identified myself and said I have an apt at 4. I’m not sure what she heard but she tells me “she’s not working today”. Thinking she didn’t really understood what had said I repeated myself. The young girl walks to me and asks for my name again. I told her the same story, now for a second time.
Well after sitting down for 1 and 1/2 hrs, and after having absolutely nothing done, I decided to leave. I just didn’t have the time to sit and wait another hour to be completely ignored.
To the owner Let me give you an advise: if you don’t have enough girls don’t schedule so many clients. This is poor customer service. From the other reviews, it seems this is customary.
To any potential customer: find yourself another salon. This one is not worth the time nor your money!

THE BEST NAIL EXPERIENCE I have EVER had hands down! The service and ambiance of the salon was amazing! It was wonderful to be in a place that really caters to you, especially without the strong chemical smells. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Worth every penny!

I travel a lot and came in to get my nails done the first time. First time things were great, the owner did my nails. After that not so much. Nails broke multiple times and they aren’t open on Tuesdays which for someone who works and has a crazy schedule, is not convenient for me.
