I went to go get the works done. Mani and pani, eyebrows, eyelashes done. Worst mistake. They were packed that day. but my feet the next day was itching me so bad like I had athlete's foot. The foot spa looked clean but I NEVER had and experience like this! My eyebrows wasnt what i wanted. It turned out to be something i could have done myself. Now, the lashes came out looking like fans! They were full of glue and my eye was stinging the whole time afterwards. Then one eye looked normal and the other one looked like I had a lazy eye! This was for a photoshoot and at 4am I had to take them off because I couldn't deal with them anymore. My nails came out very good though prices are reasonable. But won't go back for anything else especially for important moments.

It's a great shop but one lady Julie, or Judy attitude stinks and management needs to do something about her smart comments to the customers. Overall minus one staff member the shop is good.

Their service is quick and good. The staff are pleasant and friendly. They are very professional and my best incentive is they are so reasonable!
