This was my first time here.😳 Horrible service. I tip wherever I go.. But this was horrible. These ppl don’t even say hi. They handle you rough. Me and the guy got into a spate over nail shape. He didn’t even file or buff. I told him what I want and show him by draw it and he still tried giving me what he knew how to do.Expensive service for really poor quality. I have never been so displeased. It’s a nice pretty spot . But their not kind at all.

On 12/2/19 I received eyebrow waxing service. Although I had to wait 20 minutes for the tech to finish someone else's nails before I could be serviced and once she did come over I felt she rushed my eyebrow waxing and took off too much hair leaving one longer then the other, then she tried to draw the remaining with red pencil. I gave them 5 stars because due to me angry I dropped my wallet with over $500 cash,debit and credit with social security cards all inside. When I returned on 12/3/19 after a long night of no sleep. They had found my wallet and put it in a safe place with EVERYTHING still in it. I'm beyond thankful for that. They have a customer for life even if I have to draw the other end of my eyebrow on!!

Helena is the bomb, she is the only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1 or 2!! Tom is rough and cant paint to save his life. Went for a mani with gel polish. He painted okn my skin and left half of the nails and toes unpolished. When I asked him to fix it he just put a clear coat on top. Annoying, and horrible customer service.
