Nails Technician was rude and rough with my hands, one starts to bleed. My sister also started bleeding on one hand.
We were there for almost 4 hours, 4 of us, 2 pedicures and 4 manicures. They kept accepting more people and going back and forth between people and pushing off their appointments. (They weren't as busy when we walked in)
I wanted gel acrylics in almond shape, length to be determined by looking at them and asking for it to be shorter.
My nail shape is wrong.
The nails are crooked. He got mad and rougher when I pointed it out.
The polish looks like I did it.
I asked him to go smaller and he said the filing would make it smaller but it did not.

I received great service with friendliness and a smile even though it was near closing time on a busy Saturday evening.

I’ve been patronizing this business for a little over 2 yrs in support of local businesses up until a week ago. Yes, I am a African American woman that has been experiencing racial profiling with this business. As much as I understand this is a small business; what I cannot continue to condone is being overcharged, taken advantage of and overlooked out of trying to be loyal to a business solely because of them being a small business and being African American. After being overcharged for the 4th time in 4 months and receiving terrible service over other customers of a different race I finally said something to Christina about it. I went in for just a simple gel polish change and was charged $40! Not only did I watch Christina take 3 other (Caucasian) customers that came in after me with no appointment I was passed off to family member for service after I waited in the chair for 45mins before she even acknowledged I was still waiting even when she knew I was I waiting for her. The family member not only cut my hands to hell but completely didn’t know how to do a gel polish. I’m usually very patient at the nail salon as I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years now. But this visit was the tipping point when I actually saw & experience what all the other African American women in the other reviews were saying they experienced. I will not be back, especially when I’ve have done my part to bring it to the business attention and it not be corrected or addressed. If you are African American I would not recommend this business as you will not receive equal treatment or pay the prices listed! Expect that prices & service according to who you are. I was a fool for way too long. Will be taking my business else where.
