I'm living with the mistake of not taking the one star reviews seriously, but if you are looking into this place to get your hair done, please steer clear of it. I went in to get simple bangs. The woman who was at the front desk was super friendly, and I thought I'd be getting my hair done by her. But, when I returned in a half hour, I got the stern looking, no smiles or small talk Indian woman who came off as very rude and uncaring about her profession. I should have just said never mind and walked out but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well, as someone who has been growing her hair out for over a year after shaving it last winter, it was traumatizing when she just combed hair in front of my face and chopped 6 inches off. Originally I was going to get a trim, and she was insistent on washing my hair. I said forget it once I realized my bangs looked like someone took hedge clippers to them. I will NEVER go there again. My self esteem is shot all because in 3 minutes, this woman ruined my hair without a single care in the world. I cried harder than I ever have over a bad haircut because this one is the worst. Please, please dont go there. I regret ever even stepping foot in that salon. I regret getting these God awful bangs. If you want good hairdressers, spend the money on a real hair salon, not this front.

Yesterday(2/11/2018), i went for a haricut at Regis Salon located at Buckland Mall. I wanted layers with side bags. All the staff were friendly and pretty knowledgeable. My stylist was Angie. She listened to my requirements and she did an amazing job styling my hair. My hair looked so much better than what I had in my mind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worse haircut I have EVER gotten and I let friends cut my hair with no experience but this takes the cake! My hair was halfway down my back, I made it clear I wanted nothing more than a trim and some thin layers. When it was done, I looked like a jacked up Mrs. Brady, no lie! It's like two haircuts in one, it's SO weird, the layers are so thick and harsh and like A line, and the underneath is thin and longer and no framing around my face! I paid $60 with the tip and now I have to go get it done again, and it's going to have to be a bob to fix this catastrophe and I absolutely HATE short hair on me, I've been crying for 2 weeks, I can't believe they did this mess to me...and it's not just me that thinks it's bad, I've had total strangers ask me wth is wrong with my hair 😡 The shop was closing and I was kind of rushed out and didn't get a chance to really check it out until I got home and straightened it before I realized HOW bad it is! I can't wear it down and it looks ridiculous in a messy bun, I'm stuck to a goofy ponytail for months now 😢

Cory was great. She listened carefully to what I wanted and I could tell she was focused on making it the best she could. Best haircut I've ever gotten. Highly recommend.
