This was by far the worst customer service (or lack thereof) that I have EVER encountered at a business establishment in my entire life. Barry listed a detailed disclaimer highlighting his policies and procedures, which I made my business to adhere to in attempt to avoid the unacceptable treatment I ultimately was subjected to anyway. His blatant disregard for my time and and satisfaction is evident that his rain won't last indefinitely. The establishment is ghetto, along with him and his staff. Moreover, the salon (if that is what you choose to call it) is disgusting, dated, and unsanitary. Although you pay a deposit, your appointment time is not guaranteed as I was scheduled for 8:45 pm, and was not even approached by Barry til 9:20 pm. Moreover, he initiated a consumer's nails who came in with no tips for a full set at 8:20 pm, when my appointment was at 8:45 pm. Eventually, his receptionist approached me at 9:30 pm and advised me that he doesn't do gel polish. I was already expecting shade at this point; thus, I just simply requested a refund for which he was prepared and happily delighted to provide me with. Then he commenced to request 5 dollars for stripping my nails off that I never be without. I literally left out with nothing after consuming 2 hours of my time. Such a disappointment.

Trash..paid $90 for my nails to all fall off in a week. Nail tech was Sofia. Not to mention I’ve never had such pain in a nail session before..when she was filing I literally had to breathe in and out to manage the pain from how hard she was filing. I thought maybe it’d be worth the nails coming out nice but I should’ve known 🤦🏻♀️ Never coming back I would’ve been better off going to a cheap salon for $25

I sent my 17yr old daughter and her friend to get their nails done and after waiting a hour one of the ladies was about to take her friend but turned her down once she heard she just wanted tips and plain polish. She asked her why was she not getting I guess something more to the techs liking and when she said because I don't have the money good what the tech wanted to do for her she took the next customer. Rude and unprofessional is what this place is. You don't treat anybody that's paying that way.

It’s a very nice place and they do nails very good, but they don’t last very long. I’ve had it for a week and two of my nails are coming off already, with doing minimum things. I recommend going here only if you don’t plan to get your nails in for a long time. Also the wait is very long.

Kay, the eyelash Technician is absolutely brilliant. The front desk staff is polite and professional. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be.
