Very understanding staff.
My daughter's came after work, and they were pretty late.
The staff totally understood and they pushed back our appointment.
We were offered ice water as we entered. The spa is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly.

Very friendly staff!!! They did my wife & daughter's nails very well. They were both very satisfied. Very clean establishment. We'll definitely be coming back again.

Poor, possibly unsanitary pedi! Did not use liner for the footbath. Totally inexperienced tech with non-existent English. However quiet, attractive and clean looking environment. Won't return.

We came to Eastern Nails in need of repairs and we were welcomed by Kayla who graciously helped us, even without appointments. The salon is clean and relaxing. Kayla listened to our requests and was very professional. Love our nails now!

I love Eastern Spa & Nails! Best in service, cleanliness & friendly staff. There is no better place in town for a nice afternoon spa experience! I highly recommend this establishment.
