They heard you like cattle! The owner was doing my nails and running the shop at the same time. She continually cuts me and I explain to her that she is hurting me. She tells a co worker something in her language. Then she tells me. You go to him he will help you. So she wanted to switch customers because I said she was hurting me! Absolutely not!!!! They are always over crowed not covid protocol! Over priced and rude workers! Just disappointed in general on the treatment! Never again

The first time I got my nails done here, they were gorgeous, held up for 3 weeks and I got this new set, a fill by the way, and after 3 days, my ring finger nail broke. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to Lawrence to get it fixed, for the opposite hand, same finger to break 2 days later. I even specifically asked my lady if she would check my other nails to make sure this doesn’t happen again and she said my other nails were fine. I haven’t even had my nails for a week and I’m dealing with this. I expected more from a place that did my nails so well the first time, just for this to happen not only once, but TWICE.
Another thing id like to add is that I paid the same amount for a FILL as I did when I got my nails done bare. I asked why and they said length, which is fine, but I do little to none manual labor and didn’t expect this to happen. If you want my honest opinion, DONT come here at all. It’s not worth the rude customer service, expensive price, or the gas.

Went there for a manicure with dip.They were so patient with me as it was only my second time going so i wasn't familiar with there services. My nails look so good, the place is very clean and service is incredible! Will be going back!
Update:
Happened a little under a month ago and my nails still suffer. I went in to just get my dip removed and a simple clear coat. Paid $20 for them to not even completely remove my dip, there was still evidence and people kept asking why I had glitter nail polish on. The woman who did my nails did not notice that my nails were super fragile from wearing dip for so long and even when I noticeably flinched away cause it was actually hurting, kept going with I believe the wrong tool. this tool Looked like a chisel and i know the machine they use to remove dip is automatic. Was so horrid and my nails suffered greatly. Had to cut them all down to the skin so they would regrow stronger. Know this is not the nail salons fault i just have brittle nails, but I know they should have recognized this and been a tad bit more gentle. My nails are still recovering as the chisel actually made dents in my nails because of how rough she was scraping. Don't have a current picture but it is bad there is even still evidence of dip on them. This place only cares about how much money you spend and if you do not plan on spending much or are not a regular do not recommend them! Zoom in on photo and you will see what i am talking about

I have been coming to this nail shop off and on since 2010 and I'm not going to go into details but let's just say the men at the shop do such a better job than the women because they actually take their time and they know what they're doing

I went there to get a full set, and the style was french tip. Well, I made an appt for 3 pm and when I got there they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about, and they sat me with a person who was on their phone, talking to the other people, she seemed very annoyed to have to do my nails. She did not ask me how long, and she cut them extremely short, like I am talking about my real nails may be longer. She also did not ask about shape and kept them square. She did my nails in a matter of 15 mins, no joke. I have never had my nails done that fast, and 2 hours after I left, one of my nails broke. It’s so frustrating because I hardly get my nails done, and it’s quite expensive to me.
