They have great costumer service! I like T-Mobile Tuesday’s. But that’s all I can say for them now. Their data service is worse than expected. I came from Cricket wireless and that’s kind of a sad comparison given their reputation. (Not trashing on Cricket. I love them. But I know it’s not the most well known service provider). T-Mobile is a lot more expensive and it’s so slow to connect to the internet! Overall I guess I just had high expectations that were never met.

I have been in this store twice and will never go back. Way understaffed both times. Over all i have no problem with the employees . I think i was heled the first time by the manger the first time, he was very helpful. i was there a hour and a half. Today when i companied about the lack of staff again this time and i was going to call the company to complain and you are under staffed as well as you can't make people wait this long each time they come in he said ok now get out of my store. Really, T-Mobile is that store this 26 year old young mans. The Corporate had been helpful the day before and had told me to go to HIS store over a phone problem. After he told me in the exact words GET OUT OF MY STORE in front of customers and the one and only other staff member for at least 45 minutes because i was there, or in my car parked right in front watching people going in but not coming out i told we had biz and the Corporate office had sent me here he said again Get Out Of My Store. I was on the phone before i left the parking lot and again the Corporate office seemed very understanding and concerned. Now we shall see the next step.

First visit to this store was very positive. Nice, knowledgeable staff.

I went in at 12o’clock to purchase an iPhone 12 pro max. While I was there I wanted my old iPhone (the iPhone 12) to be transferred to the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. That was a problem apparently because they needed to update the new phone for transfer only they didn’t plug it in. I guess they didn’t seem to realize iPhones need to be at a charge of 50% or plugged in to update. I am beyond furious because I waited and waited and I even gave them my phone number to give them some time to work. Within that time nothing was accomplished and they called me at 3o’clock saying that they’re going for lunch and that they would call me around 4 o’clock. My phone still is not ready and if they just would’ve been diligent and done their jobs properly I wouldn’t be writing this review right now. The 12th Ave. store is terrible, has terrible customer service and apparently employees too because none of them want to stay there. I literally talked to the Dallas district manager. When I asked for a corporate number they laughed at me and asked why and when I explained it was for my dissatisfaction they claimed they did nothing wrong. So not only do they not know how to do their jobs they also don’t know how to own up to their mistakes either.
