It’s always a hit and miss with this place, but I’ve had it with them. My nails are a disaster. The tech was COMPLETELY uninterested in doing my nails. She kept yawning and groaning and checking her phone!!! When taking off the previous acrylics, (there were only two left from what I took off myself) she was just clipping away at my nail bed not even paying attention. When it started to bleed she ignored it! I took my hand from her (nicely by the way) and continued to take off the acrylic by myself. It hurt SO bad. I wanted plum nails with gold tips. I said that to her a good eight times and she said she understood. Then proceeds to do half my nail plum and half gold. I told her no, that’s no what I meant. ( AGAIN VERY NICELY) I tried to google a pic to show her but she ignored me. She proceeded to “fix” it, but it still looks a terrible. It was such a sloppy lazy job. Then had the nerve to charge me $62!!! I came prepared to pay at least $50 max. I added an extra $5 because I figured the tips will be extra. When I come here I usually spend $35-45 for both my hands and feet. They KNOW my face. Who I assume to be a manager saw everything and lowered the price to $57. I paid and left. No tip. And of course the tech had an attitude and bad mouthed me to another tech. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

I’ve been going here for years. Very friendly staff. Great prices. Nancy is wonderful.

Great prices nice staff! Has a wider arrangement of SNS colors and styles, you pay less for great service, very organized ! I plan on being a regular customer.

Nail tech who is lazy and constantly huffing and puffing as if she was exhausted. did not do nails as requested. Nails looked different inn both hands. Had to waste time to go back and get corrected. Disrespectful nail tech... won't be back

First time at this Salon. employees seemed nice. Though they continuously carried on conversations with each other, which I believe is RUDE, when they did speak pretty good English. While smoothing lotion on my leg, I had hives develop. Never before has this happened. I looked at the bottles being used and they did not look too good. I feel the price was high for an OK job done, The nails were nicely done but underfoot is rough.
