We’ve been coming here for two years. My husband and I come for a monthly pedicure, and sometimes we bring our kids, in addition to my regular manicures. We’ve been here two or three times since the management changed. This last time I’m just completely not happy. First off, you can’t make weekend appointments anymore with the people you actually want to do your service. So ok, I can deal with walking in and waiting. I got a random lady for my pedicure, she didn’t scrub my feet or clean my toes the way my preferred techs do it. She couldn’t get the water temp right, first too hot, then cold, then when I ask her to fresh up the water and warm it up she just kept working. After she painted my toes I asked her if she could paint a little flower on my big toes. She basically told me no. I’m not mad at that, because if you can’t and it won’t look nice, thanks for being honest. So I asked the manager if there was someone that could do that for me before we leave. She asked the same lady, which I already know she can’t, but then she just told me no 😂. Like who does this? Nobody in your salon can paint a simple little flower? The little girl at the front with the blue hair needs to be taught how to be professional. She really just acted like she was doing us a favor and like we should be happy with her service. She was more worried about hanging out with her friend, literally running around the salon like a child, and tending to her social needs. It was so over the top. She acted like she was running a salon in the hood. In addition when we arrived we were told that one of the techs we wanted was almost done. She didn’t help my husband until I was already completely finished! Not her fault, but give me an accurate wait time. I’m already over this. We’re gonna give it one more shot and try to schedule for a weekday next time. I’m coming for my manicure next week, but the way this place is going, you’re about to be out of business. The last management did so much better! I don’t know why they came in changing and messing things up for loyal, well-paying customers. There’s plenty of other salons in the area!

I usually go this nails shop since they open the first time and always had excellent service but yesterday Is was different... went I call for my appointment they said Harry was on vacation so they sign me in with somebody else but went I get there he was there and I request him but they still try to send me with somebody else , and I said no I want him .,, later one I found they have a new owner and they bring they own people and they try to send me with one of them that’s not professional for me try to steal customers from a coworker... I was lucky mu guy was there, I don’t know for how long so it’s time to found another place to do my nails ... the front girls doesn’t know nothing about customers service I call for a drink and never come to me I have to ask to my guy order a drink for me !!!! Thats suck !!!!!

I loved my service here, Tina and May were the best. I had my kids with me and they were super patient and kind. May did a full set on me and they came out perfect. She was quick as well. I will definitely be returning to these ladies 💛

I’ve been coming to this shop for a while abs I see my Tech Judy whom as of recently is no longer there and also they will not let me know where Judy is. I know they wanted her to go up on her prices etc but if that’s the case you’re going to lose business. Why come in and change things when all was well. You will definitely lose future business. Also the receptions are rude, phone etiquette is a must in this industry and from falling it makes me not want to even come abs spend my money here. This place should be welcoming and a place I can relax, but I def don’t get this vibe. Please revert back to how things were because these new changes are not worth me coming in.

I’ve been coming here since the salon opened, I loved the atmosphere so much and really enjoyed coming here every two weeks but it’s no longer the same since management changed. I got my nails completely torn up, the nail tech insisted on doing chrome when I asked for glitter on the top of my nail. She destroyed me cuticles so much they bled and actually ruined my nail beds. Tom was a great manager everything was always so organized and kept together and now it’s a mess, I’m heart broken that one of my favorite places to go is no longer the same. Sadly will be going elsewhere.
