This place destroyed my hair! I haven't had highlights or any chemical treatments in 6 years and I am so sad I trusted these people. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted, asked for highlights and a layered cut. I ended ended up with four different shades of blonde, dark roots, a huge bleach stripe in the back of my head and one short layer around my head. I look like a skunk! They over processed my hair so badly it is now incredibly dry and brittle. The worst thing is I paid almost $300. I had to go to a master stylist at another salon and they said I will now need a color correction and majormajor ha. Nothing was done correctly at Elite Spa. It is obvious they don't have a clue what they are doing and overcharge. The fact that the salon is almost always empty shout have been a red flag. I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. It is terrible. When I went back the next day the lady argued with me that they did what my picture showed . Totally incompetent.

Bought a groupon for a gel mani/pedi. When i called to make an appt, they politely told me they do not accept groupons anymore, and that I should return it.

I have searched far and wide for a manicurist that I am happy with, and I have found her here. Le did my nails for the upcoming Rockets game and I love the design she did. She also cuts my cuticles better than anyone else without making me bleed.
The other staff members are also very friendly and accommodating. They also offer a wide variety of services including hair, color, nails, pedicures, facials and much more! This is an all in one salon, and these ladies are wonderful. You will not regret trying them out. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Overall excellent service. Highly recommend!!

I've debated whether or not I was going to leave a review but I decided yes because I'm angrier as each days passes. First let me start by saying the salon is nice and clean and everyone there was very nice. My stylist was Le. I had a groupon for a highlight package and she seemed unsure about it because of my base hair color. I told her to tell me if my expectations were realistic because I didn't want to be difficult and her response was iffy but said she could do it. I was there for 4 hours. She did highlights with a toner and then cut and dried my hair. I could tell after the wash that my hair felt tangled and matted. I asked her to follow my layers that were already in my hair because I wanted to keep my length but trim the ends. She proceeded to give me so many choppy layers. When she dried my hair she didn't put any type of product in it so it was a rough styling. When I washed and dried it it at home , my hair was tangled, sticky and breaking off in certain spots. So now my hair is not only damaged but my cut is so unmanageable all i can do is wear a ponytail. I can't even style my bangs. It's probably the worst haircut I've ever had. Also, I've been coloring my hair for almost 20 years and have never had it damaged. As much as i wanted to be able to leave a nice review I can't based off of my experience. Like I said, everyone was very nice but I would have rather been told my expectations were unrealistic or she didn't feel comfortable doing it then to ruin my hair. Now I have to let my hair grow out some before I can pay someone else to fix it. So heart broken...
